I ordered a side view mirror to my wife's 2013 Kia Optima online, now it was rather simple and self explanatory but what is Murphys Law? If anything can go wrong, it will! It was not the persons that assisted me ( the staff and customer service has been some of the best I've had the honor of dealing with) but the electrical connection to the power mirror was different. I live in the Houston area and I chose to pick up the mirror in person which gave me a small discount! When I arrived the young lady showed me the finished product and thats when we discovered the discrepancy. Rolando came out to assist and took over from there. He got on the phone and tracked down a bracket and connection that will fit. All of this while I waited and I didn't wait long. He returned from picking up the new part and installed the mirror while I watched. He made damn good and well that I was going to walk out of there a happy camper! We tried the mirror when he was finished and it worked like a charm. The color match was spot on and I was more than happy. It's hard to find a company that not only stands behind their product and to have employees willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy. They could of just said oh well, thats what you ordered and left me dealing with the problem myself BUT they didn't. I highly recommend this company hope they commend their employees who know how to treat people!

Top service! Good communication throughout kept me well informed, excellent work, and very friendly. Would highly recommend. As l was local they were able to install the bumper on my car. Kudo's to their staff! Everyone I talked to, on the phone, via email or in-person was very helpful. My paint was probably very hard to match, but they did a very good job.

Ordered a pre-painted rear bumper for my Maxima online. When I saw that ReveMoto was in Houston, I called and asked for recommended shops for installation and found out that they do installations too! Very happy with the bumper and the customer service!
