Returns & Damage Policy
Return Policy: No returns (Final Sale) on all painted parts as they are unique to each individual's vehicle. No cancellations can be made after 24 hours due to it already being processed.
If for any reason, an item that has been purchased is broken or damaged due to transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item in order for our team to file a claim on your behalf.
If the item that has been purchased is defective, does not fit, or not as described, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of receiving the product by email or phone to receive a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide instructions on the necessary steps to exchange the item or receive merchandise credit.
Painted auto body parts are backed by a lifetime paint warranty for any chipping/cracking/peeling/fading from normal weather conditions. This warranty is voided if the painted part shows visible damage or any chemical substance has been used not specified by your car manufacturer.
