No returns (FINAL SALE & non-refundable) on all painted parts as they are unique to each individual's vehicle. For standard shipping orders, cancellations within 24 hours after purchase are eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a restocking fee ranging from 15-75% purchase price.
If for any reason, an item that has been purchased is broken or damaged due to transit, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item in order for our team to file a claim on your behalf. Since you must sign a free-and-clear waiver form to receive the bumper, fender, hood or tailgate, claims made after 3 days of receiving the item will not guarantee full coverage.
If the item that has been purchased is defective, does not fit, or not as described, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of receiving the product by Filing A Claim. We will provide instructions on the necessary steps to exchange the item or receive ReveMoto store credit.
Painted auto body parts are backed by a lifetime paint warranty for any cracking/peeling/fading from normal weather conditions. This warranty is voided if the painted part shows visible damage or any chemical substance has been used not specified by your car manufacturer.
