Shipping & Handling

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all new auto body parts shipped within the US. However, at this time, we're unable to ship hoods out to Hawaii or Alaska.

Free shipping also applies to anywhere in Canada, but there will be a $49.99 fixed handling fee.

All products are processed and ready for shipping within 4-10 business days from the date of purchase, usually depending on our current demand and volume. This is how long it will take to process your order, BEFORE leaving our facility.

We use FedEx, United States Postal Service (USPS), and freight couriers as our primary shipping providers. It usually takes an additional 5-7 days transit time for regular packages, and up to 10-15 days transit time for over-sized packages to arrive at its destination. Regular packages include headlights and side view mirrors. Most auto body parts, including fenders, bumpers, and hoods, qualify as over-sized packages. Thus, it may take over 3 weeks from the date you place your order until the part arrives at your door. 

We offer expedited shipping (upon request) with additional charges. If you would like to expedite your product, please contact us as soon as you’ve ordered your product so we can work out the best shipping method for you.

We also offer local pickup at our Houston facility located on 6450 Skyview Drive, Houston, TX 77041.



As all products and services are customized to meet individual specifications, we DO NOT issue any returns.

If for any reason an item that has been purchased is defective, broken, damaged, or not as described, please contact ReveMoto at sales@revemoto.com to initiate an exchange ONLY. We will provide instructions on the necessary steps to return the item to us and process another one to replace it. 

Please note you have up to 3 days to file an insurance claim if your item has been shipped via Freight due to damages.  All other couriers , USPS,FEDEX,UPS you will have 7 days to notify us of damages, so we may file an insurance claim.  30 days to file a fitment, not as described or defective issue.

ReveMoto does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. ReveMoto shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.
