We offer FREE SHIPPING for all new auto body parts shipped within the United States, with some exclusions below*.

*Hawaii/Alaska has a minimum $499 freight fee for all parts, excluding mirrors and smaller parts. Mirrors ship free to Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico.

Canada has a $499 freight fee (which is used for larger parts like bumpers and large fenders). Smaller Canada shipments have a $49.99 regular shipping and handling fee (this includes mirrors or smaller painted car parts). 

All products are processed and should leave our facility within 10-15 days from the date of purchase, usually depending on our current demand, volume, and item ordered.

We use FedEx, United States Postal Service (USPS), freight couriers, and ReveMoto transit vans as our primary shipping providers. It usually takes 5 days transit time for regular-sized packages, and up to 7-10 days transit time for oversized packages to arrive at their destination. Regular-sized packages include side view mirrors. Most auto body parts, including fenders, bumpers, and hoods, qualify as oversized packages.

We do not fold our bumpers! Depending on the method of shipping used, your painted part will be properly packaged to not sacrifice the integrity of the paint (ensuring it lasts for years to come). They come boxed (as shown below) or wrapped and delivered in our ReveMoto vans.

Expedited Options

Expedited shipping is available with additional charges, which can be selected at checkout. 

We also offer local pickup at our Houston facility located on 11515 Tanner Road, Houston, TX 77041. We'll notify you as soon as the product is ready for pickup, so you can save time waiting on shipping & delivery. This will typically expedite your part. 


Change of Shipping Address

If you would like to change your shipping address after placing your order and the order has NOT yet shipped, please contact our team at or  281-561-5300  immediately. Our team may require additional address verification documents if the shipping address does not match your billing address before we can proceed with the change.

If you would like to change your shipping address after placing your order and the order has already left our facility, we may not be able to make the change. In the unlikely event we are able to change the address with the courier before it proceeds, there will be a reshipping fee by the courier. You must pay this reshipping fee before we can proceed with changing the address.


Incorrect Shipping Address

ReveMoto is not responsible for any shipments shipped incorrectly due to a wrong shipping address. Please note, we do not ship to P.O boxes.

For items that are refused or returned to us due to an invalid address, ReveMoto will charge a reshipping fee to have the shipment shipped back out. Packages shipped from our facility are shipped with insurance, so depending on the products ordered, reshipping charges may vary. If an item is refused and returned for any reason, outside of damages, then ReveMoto may keep your product until you've paid a reshipping freight fee so we can reship the product to you.




For expedited orders, no cancellations are allowed as we work on these quickly to meet the turnaround time. 

For non-expedited orders, no cancellations are allowed after 24 hours from the time of purchase as your order is already being processed. 



All parts are FINAL SALE. We do not offer exchanges for incorrect parts or paint codes selected by the customer.

In the event that you selected the correct paint code and part, but our part does not fit or match, then please initiate an exchange. Exchanges must be filed within 30 days of receiving the part.

To uphold our paint & fitment guarantee, ReveMoto offers exchanges under the following conditions:

  • If you selected the correct paint code, but our parts do not match your car, contact ReveMoto to initiate a claim and we'll make it right!
  • If you selected the correct part, but our parts do not fit, contact ReveMoto to initiate a claim and we'll make it right!
  • If the item that has been purchased is defective, please contact ReveMoto within 30 days of the delivery date by filling out your information on our Claims Form. We will provide instructions on the necessary steps to return the item to us or process another one to replace it.

Unpainted parts have a 30-day exchange only policy.



    All painted parts are FINAL SALE. We custom paint each part to meet your vehicle’s specific requirements. Due to the customization of these parts, we cannot take them back. Please make sure to double check your part number and paint code to ensure you are ordering the correct part for your vehicle.



    For items that are shipped via freight:

    1. If there are obvious signs of damage upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and note on the delivery receipt all damages you see on the part and/or packaging. We will file the insurance on your behalf and work on a replacement immediately.
    2. If there are no visible signs of damage upon delivery, please unbox and check your items immediately for concealed damages. Make sure to remove all packaging to inspect the product thoroughly.
      1. If there are any damages, DO NOT sign the free & clear waiver provided by the driver, and contact us immediately to file an insurance claim. If you have signed the free & clear waiver without any notations of damages to the packaging upon receiving the part, you are accepting the part as-is and your claim will not be approved.

    For all other couriers, including USPS, FEDEX, and UPS, you have up to 3 (three) days after delivery of the item to notify us of damages so we may file an insurance claim. After 3 (three) days, your claim may not be approved.



    If you selected the incorrect paint code or your vehicle has been repainted, we do NOT guarantee paint match. We will be using your vehicle’s identification number (VIN) by working with our partner dealership’s VIN decoder and/or paint sample to verify this information. 

    If the correct paint code was selected and the paint does not match, you have up to 30 days after receiving the item to contact us for an exchange only. ReveMoto does NOT provide installation reimbursements, so please check for color match before installing your new part on your vehicle. Please file on our Exchange Form within thirty (30) days of delivery date so we can properly assist.



    ReveMoto does not cover or reimburse miscellaneous expenses, including, but not limited to:  labor costs for removal and installation of a defective or mismatched part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. ReveMoto shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.
