We offer FREE SHIPPING for all new auto body parts shipped within the United States, with some exclusions below*.
*Hawaii/Alaska has a minimum $499 freight fee for all parts, excluding mirrors and smaller parts. Mirrors ship free to Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico.
Canada has a $499 freight fee (Larger parts like bumpers and large fenders). Canada shipments also have a $49.99 regular shipping handling fee (mirrors or smaller).
All products are processed and should leave our facility within 7-14 days from the date of purchase, usually depending on our current demand, volume, and item ordered.
We use FedEx, United States Postal Service (USPS), freight couriers, and ReveMoto transit vans as our primary shipping providers. It usually takes 2-5 days transit time for regular-sized packages, and up to 7-10 days transit time for over-sized packages to arrive at its destination. Regular-sized packages include side view mirrors. Most auto body parts, including fenders, bumpers, and hoods, qualify as over-sized packages.
We do not fold our bumpers! Depending on the method of shipping used, your painted part will be properly packaged to not sacrifice the integrity of the paint (ensuring it lasts for years to come).
Expedited shipping is available with additional charges, which can be selected at checkout.
We also offer local pickup at our Houston facility located on 11515 Tanner Road, Houston, TX 77041. We'll notify you as soon as the product is ready for pickup, so you can save time waiting on shipping & delivery. This will typically expedite your part.
If you would like to change your shipping address after placing your order and the order has NOT yet shipped, please contact our team at email@example.com immediately. Our team may require additional address verification documents if the shipping address does not match your billing address before we can proceed with the change.
If you would like to change your shipping address after placing your order and the order has already left our facility, we may not be able to make the change. In the unlikely event we are able to change the address with the courier before it proceeds, there will be a reshipping fee. You must pay this reshipping fee before we can proceed with changing the address.
ReveMoto is not responsible for any shipments shipped incorrectly due to a wrong shipping address. Please note, we do not ship to P.O boxes.
For items that are refused or returned to us due to an invalid address, ReveMoto may charge a fee to have the shipment be shipped back out. Packages shipped from our facility are shipped with insurance, so depending on the products ordered, reshipping charges may vary. If an item is refused and returned for any reason, outside of damages, then ReveMoto may charge a return freight fee plus a 50% restocking fee.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of purchase to get a full refund and incur no fees, excluding expedited orders.
Any cancellations made after 24 hours will automatically incur a 15% cancellation fee of the total order.
If your item has not yet been painted, you will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total order.
Once the part(s) are painted, a restocking fee of 50% will apply to the total order.
Orders that have been shipped and are not in ReveMoto's possession cannot be cancelled. These orders will follow our Return Policy (see below).
For expedited orders, cancellation fees are applied immediately if you cancel your order. Fees for expedited orders range from 15-50% of the total order depending on the status of the order as we make every effort to work on these orders immediately.
Paint & Fitment Guarantee: ReveMoto offers exchanges under the following conditions:
If you selected the correct paint code & part, but our parts do not fit or match your car, contact ReveMoto to initiate a claim and we'll make it right!
If the item that has been purchased is defective, does not fit, or not as described, please contact ReveMoto within 30 days of the delivery date by filling out your information on our Exchange Form. We will provide instructions on the necessary steps to return the item to us or process another one to replace it.
If you have received the wrong item(s), please notify us immediately. When customers report their incorrect order, ReveMoto will offer a refund or will send the correct replacement as ordered.
You must notify us within 30 days to be eligible.
If you notify us outside of this timeframe, you may keep the item received at a discount price, or, you will incur a shipping charge to have the product returned:
ReveMoto's Shipping & Insurance Costs:
If you would like to return a ReveMoto product for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date (excluding damages), there is a restocking fee of 50% plus shipping and insurance based on your part(s).
Returns Using ReveMoto's Prepaid Shipping Method:
If you choose to use ReveMoto's Prepaid Shipping & Insurance option, we will send you a prepaid shipping label so you can easily attach it to the same box you received your part(s) and send our part(s) back to us. Once we receive the part(s), we will deduct the shipping cost in addition to the 50% restocking fee from your total order value and refund you the difference.

Returns Using Your Own Shipping Method:
As an alternative, you may choose to use your own shipping method/courier. In this case, we will only deduct the 50% restocking fee from your total order value. You will need to cover your own costs for using the alternative shipping method/courier and add insurance to cover the full cost of the item(s). Please package items accordingly.
Once the item(s) arrive at our facility and are inspected for damages, we will refund you the difference (50%) if the part(s) arrive undamaged and are in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. If your part(s) arrive damaged, ReveMoto will not be issuing a refund. Instead, we will send you photos of the damage so that you can file a claim with your shipping courier and recover your funds from them.
For items that are shipped via freight, customers must note on the delivery receipt any damages they see on the packaging. Then, check for any concealed damages and report to ReveMoto within three (3) days of receiving the item.
If there are obvious signs of damage upon delivery, please refuse the shipment. DO NOT sign the free & clear waiver provided by the driver, and contact us immediately to file an insurance claim. If customers have signed the free & clear waiver without any notations of damages to the packaging upon receiving the part, your claim may not be approved.
For all other couriers, including USPS, FEDEX, and UPS, customers have up to 3 (three) days after delivery of the item to notify us of damages so we may file an insurance claim. After 3 (three) days, your claim may not be approved.
PAINT MATCH ISSUES:
If the customer selected the incorrect paint code or vehicle has been repainted, we do NOT guarantee paint match. We will be using the customer's VIN (by working with our partner dealership’s VIN decoder) and/or paint sample to verify this information.
If the correct paint code was selected and paint does not match, customers have up to 30 days after receiving the item to contact us for an exchange only. ReveMoto does NOT provide installation reimbursements. Please file on our Exchange Form within thirty (30) days of delivery date so we can properly assist.
ReveMoto does not cover or reimburse miscellaneous expenses, including, but not limited to: labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. ReveMoto shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.
